About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Software Developer who will be instrumental in supporting and enhancing our existing software platforms.

Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email and phone.
Work with marketing and sales teams on campaigns and strategies.
Monitor social media for customer questions.
We attend several exhibitions each year and would welcome your participation.
Help with general administrative tasks as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or in a related field.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Good communication and customer service skills.
English and Greek language skills preferred.
Experience in data entry, administration, or CRM systems is a plus.
Experience in hospitality is a bonus.
